职位介绍: Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior NPI Operations Manager to lead New Product Introduction (NPI) activities for high-speed connectivity products serving global customers in data communications, automotive, industrial, and consumer electronics sectors. This role will be responsible for driving the successful transition of new products from design and development into mass production, partnering closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Customer teams to ensure operational readiness, cost competitiveness, quality performance, and on-time launch execution. Key Responsibilities New Product Introduction (NPI) Leadership Lead end-to-end NPI projects from design transfer through pilot build, qualification, ramp-up, and mass production. Establish and manage project timelines, resources, risk assessments, and cross-functional deliverables to ensure successful product launches. Drive manufacturing readiness reviews and ensure all operational requirements are met before mass production. Cross-Functional Project Management Coordinate activities among Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Customer Program Management teams. Act as the primary operations representative during product development and customer launch phases. Facilitate communication between global stakeholders and manufacturing sites to ensure alignment on project objectives and execution plans. Manufacturing & Process Readiness Ensure production lines are properly prepared for new product introductions, including equipment qualification, tooling readiness, process validation, and operator training. Work closely with manufacturing engineering teams to optimize production processes and improve scalability. Support manufacturing transfer activities across plants when required. Production Ramp-up & Continuous Improvement Monitor production ramp-up performance and drive corrective actions for any issues affecting yield, quality, delivery, or cost. Lead problem-solving activities during pilot builds and early production stages. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and launch effectiveness. Customer & Business Support Support customer program reviews and provide operational updates regarding project status, risks, and mitigation plans. Ensure customer requirements are effectively translated into manufacturing execution plans. Collaborate with commercial and engineering teams to support business growth initiatives and new opportunities. Quality & Compliance Ensure compliance with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, and other customer-specific requirements. Support internal and customer audits related to NPI and production readiness. Drive adherence to quality and operational excellence standards. Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree or above from an accredited university. Major in Engineering, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related disciplines. Experience Minimum 8 years of experience in manufacturing operations, engineering, program management, or NPI management. At least 3 years of leadership experience managing cross-functional teams or NPI projects. Experience in one or more of the following industries: High-speed connectors Cable assemblies Consumer electronics Automotive electronics Electronic manufacturing services (EMS/SMT) Technical Competencies Strong knowledge of NPI processes, manufacturing operations, and product industrialization. Familiarity with APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, SPC, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma methodologies. Experience with high-volume manufacturing environments. Strong understanding of connector, cable assembly, electromechanical, or electronic product manufacturing processes. Leadership & Communication Proven stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English. Key Requirements Full-time Bachelor's degree or above. Age below 40 preferred. Strong exposure to NPI, operations, or program management within electronics manufacturing. Willingness to work in a dynamic, customer-focused and fast-growing business environment.
