职位介绍: Responsibilities • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle management of enterprise management system projects (e.g., ERP, OA, CRM, HR, financial platforms), from requirement analysis to system design, implementation, and handover —including schedule management, performance tracking, and milestone oversight. • Define project goals, scope, and delivery plans for enterprise management software initiatives (e.g., ERP modules, OA workflows, HR platforms), with resource allocation, cost analysis, and budget expectations; take ownership of project delivery. • Conduct risk analysis and implement mitigation plans to reduce unforeseen obstacles and costs. • Manage staffing and other resource needs to maximize the potential for successful project execution. • Manage stakeholder expectations across business departments to maintain productivity and engaged relationships; proactively partner with stakeholders to identify operational pain points and propose system-driven solutions. • Engage in continual learning to stay abreast of industry best practices, new technologies, and emerging standards in enterprise software and digital transformation. • Manage enterprise software vendors and system integrators throughout the project lifecycle, including vendor evaluation, contract coordination, SOW negotiation, and delivery oversight. • Ensure project deliverables comply with financial regulatory requirements for IT systems. 工作要求 Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree or above in IT, Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields. • Over 5 years of experience in IT project management within financial institutions or large enterprises, with at least 3 years focused on delivering enterprise management systems (e.g., ERP, OA, CRM, HR, or financial management platforms). • Familiar with enterprise operational workflows and management processes, with hands-on experience in business process analysis, system integration, and cross-departmental requirement alignment. • Strong understanding of enterprise management systems (ERP, OA, CRM, HR) and digital transformation tools, with practical experience in system selection, implementation, optimization, and vendor management. • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and solve complex problems. • Quick learner with the ability to rapidly pick up new domains, technologies, and tools. • Familiar with AI tools and platforms that assist in project management workflows. • PMP certification or equivalent is a plus; proven success in delivering complex projects is required. • Bilingual in English and Mandarin (written and verbal). • AMAC Fund Practitioner’s License or ability to obtain it. Preferred Experience • Experience with enterprise software vendors or system integrators (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Kingdee, Yonyou, or similar platforms).
