职位介绍: Key Responsibilities (10 bullet points maximum) Describe the key deliverables, specific duties, any specialist duties and the ongoing responsibilities of the role. • Responsible for importation of reagent/sample/other material which required by NIFDC testing. • Responsible for importation of Vx products. • Apply import license to authority if needed. • Coordinate with oversea shipper for end to end supply and importation process. • Customs broker management, including conduct Customs broker to complete Customs clearance timely etc. • Coordinate and follow up the agreement sign off with Customs broker to ensure Customs compliance. • Lead to set up importation documents properly • Other ad hoc affairs related with supply chain Knowledge/ Education / Experience Required A. Educational Background List any academic or practical education that must be obtained to be qualified to perform this role. 1. Minimum Level of Education Bachelor’s degree Area of Specialisation Importation & Customs affairs, Logistics or a related field. Why is this Level of Education Required? A Bachelor’s degree provides the foundational knowledge and technical skills required to understand and manage importation of biological product & chemical reagents. 2. Preferred Level of Education Bachelor’s degree or above Area of Specialisation Supply Chain, Logistics, pharmacy or a related field. Why is this Level of Education Preferred? This level of education ensures candidates are familiar with importation, Customs concepts, principles, and tools, enabling them to perform operational tasks effectively. B. Job-Related Experience Describe what experience this position will require the job holder to have obtained in past roles within or outside of GSK that would demonstrate a level of proficiency in the stated role. Minimum Level of Job-Related Experience required Above 8 years relevant experience in importation, Logistics Operations.Preferred biological product and chemical area. Why is this Level of Experience Required? This level of experience ensures the candidate has a practical understanding of core supply chain functions, enabling them to manage operations effectively and solve challenges. C. Other Job-Related Skills/Background List any licenses, certificates, registrations, or any relevant job skill or abilities not covered in Educational Background or Job-Related Experience sections above that are required for the job. 1. Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of international business practice, Customs policy, pharmcy etc. 2. Soft Skills:  Strong communication skills with internal & external stakeholders  Problem-solving and analytical abilities to improve processes.
