职位介绍: Job description: 1. You will deliver change management on a large, cross-functional initiative, including stakeholder analysis, change impact analysis, and communications and training plans 2. Execute and deliver methodology and templates acting as a reference point for queries and information 3. Earn respect and trust of stakeholders, soliciting action in a fast-paced environment 4. Maintain and update change management framework and templates 5. Work independently while providing visibility and status reporting to project team, change management team and leadership Job requirement： 1. Experience with change management concepts (i.e., PROSCI), tools and implementations 2. Proven project management experience 3. Effective communication and interpersonal skills across project teams, management and internal partners 4. Strong negotiation and facilitation skills 5. Ability to gain trust and solicit action from project partners 6. Flexible, resourceful, detail-oriented and a self-starter 7. Fast learner, especially related to tool/platforms and process training 8. Ability to identify and implement improvement opportunities 9. Ability to work with teams from multi-cultural backgrounds, countries, and time zones 10. Excellent organizational and documentation skills
