职位介绍: 工作职责 Description • Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective test strategies, especially for AI-powered test approach. • Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered testing services and tools to improve automation and efficiency in e-commerce testing. • Conduct functional, API, UI, end-to-end, and AI-based testing, ensuring comprehensive coverage and high product quality. • Define and monitor key KPIs for AI-powered test, enabling data-driven insights and benchmarking. • Lead vendor teams of AI-powered test service development to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with quality standard. 任职资格 Required Qualifications • Strong understanding of end-to-end AI solution lifecycle, including model development, deployment, monitoring, and governance. • Hands-on experience with AI platforms such as Azure AI, AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI, LangGraph, or similar enterprise-grade solutions. • 3+ years hands-on experience in development, preferably in e-commerce apparel retail. Projects. • Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, etc.) and associated automation test technologies (Pytest, Selenium, Appium, etc.). Ability to independently build and maintain automation test frameworks. • Familiarity with relational databases and vector DB and graphDB (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle). • Experience in developing custom test tools and integrating with CI/CD pipelines. • Strong understanding of the software testing lifecycle, QA tools, and processes. • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications • Excellent project management and process management skills, with proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams. • Adaptability to rapidly changing environments and shifting priorities.
