职位介绍: Responsibilities 1.Provide quality on-site repair, maintenance service, and complete installation/relocation start-up services of complex electro-mechanical and electronic systems at customer sites. 2.Analyze, troubleshoot, conduct diagnostics, isolate issues, and solve problems across a broad range of semiconductor equipment products down to the component level to minimize downtime, system interruptions, and equipment malfunctions. 3.Keep up to date on semiconductor capital equipment technologies through continuous learning, training, and certification. 4.Perform field modifications and updates, maintaining records and reports to coordinate activities between internal teams and customers. 5.Serve as a subject matter expert, supporting customers and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. 6.Partner directly with customer management and engineering teams, lead customer meetings, build customer trust, and drive continuous improvement programs. 7.Transparently discuss opportunities and challenges with customers to strengthen relationships and increase trust. 8.Provide technical instruction, leadership, and mentoring for junior engineers. 9.Coach and delegate work to junior employees to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards. Minimum Qualifications 1.Bachelor's degree or above in Electronics, Engineering, or a related field, with 2+ years of relevant experience. 2.Previous experience in installation, maintenance, repair, or troubleshooting of semiconductor capital equipment. 3.Proficiency in interpreting electrical and mechanical schematics, diagrams, and operation manuals. 4.Able to work in a cleanroom environment while wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) and cleanroom garments. 5.Able to frequently perform physical job activities, including bending, stooping, reaching, walking, sitting, twisting, squatting, kneeling, climbing, and standing for extended periods. 6.Able to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally, based on customer needs. Flexibility to work various shifts, including compressed workweeks, alternative schedules, overtime, and on-call support when required. Preferred Qualifications 1.Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with common office software, including Microsoft Office Suite. 2.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. 3.Solid analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills. 4.Experience supporting semiconductor process equipment such as Etch, Deposition, CVD, PVD, ALD, ECD, CMP, Metrology, Inspection, Cleaning, or Advanced Packaging equipment.
