职位介绍: Responsibilities Provide high-quality on-site repair, maintenance, installation, relocation, and start-up support for complex electro-mechanical and electronic equipment at customer sites. Analyze, troubleshoot, diagnose, isolate, and resolve equipment issues at the component level to minimize downtime, system interruptions, and equipment malfunctions. Continuously develop technical knowledge through training, certification programs, and self-learning to stay current with semiconductor manufacturing equipment technologies. Perform equipment modifications, upgrades, and system updates while maintaining accurate service records and reports to ensure effective communication with customers and internal teams. Act as a technical subject matter expert (SME), delivering exceptional customer support and maintaining strong customer relationships. Partner directly with customer management and engineering teams, lead technical discussions and customer meetings, build trust, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Communicate opportunities, risks, and technical challenges transparently to strengthen customer confidence and collaboration. Provide technical guidance, leadership, and mentoring to junior engineers. Coach and delegate tasks to junior team members to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Semiconductor Technology, or a related technical field. Minimum 2 years of experience in the installation, maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, or support of semiconductor manufacturing equipment. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals. Ability to work in a cleanroom environment while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and cleanroom garments. Ability to perform physical activities including bending, reaching, climbing, kneeling, squatting, lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods. Willingness and flexibility to travel domestically and internationally based on business needs and customer requirements. Flexibility to work shifts, compressed work schedules, overtime, weekends, and on-call assignments when required. Preferred Qualifications Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Effective written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, troubleshooting skills, and sound technical decision-making capability. Experience supporting semiconductor process equipment such as Etch, Deposition, CVD, PVD, ALD, ECD, CMP, Metrology, Inspection, Lithography, or Cleaning systems. Customer-facing experience within semiconductor fabs, foundries, IDMs, memory manufacturers, or advanced packaging facilities
