职位介绍: Duties & Responsibilities 岗位职责： -Production management including Production quality and delivery control to meet the company goals. 负责整个株洲工厂的日常运营，包括质量管控以及订单的及时交付。 -To implement the company's HSE and 5S policies and relevant requirements in the department. 根据公司的要求执行安全环境职业卫生以及5s相关标准。 -Manage, coach and train the production team, to make sure all process follows the company standards. 管理和培训生产团队，以确保按照公司的标准流程完成日常生产任务。 -Solving the production problems and customer complain with the guidance and support from application team and production technical team. 协同技术及应用团队解决生产问题以及客户投诉问题等。 -Coordinate production and sales activities. 协调生产和销售活动。 -Participate in and cooperate with related departments to complete the new project validation test and track. 管理并协调完成新项目的验证测试以及跟踪。 -Ensure the machine and facility of production daily cleaning and checking. 确保生产设备以及厂务的运营良好。 -Continue improve and implement of the Best Practice in production. 持续改进。 Requirements 岗位要求 -Bachelor’s degree or above, 5 above manufacturing working experience as production manager or operation manager. 本科及以上学历，5年以上制造业生产运营管理工作经验，机加工相关行业背景。 -Familiar with production process, and be good at quality control, cost saving, and on-site management. Coating experience is a plus. 熟悉生产流程，质量管控，成本控制和日常流程，如有涂层经验者尤佳。 -Good communication skills and strong people management skills. 良好的沟通能力和人员管理能力。 -Have lean production, ERP system and ISO 9001 experiences are favorable. 有精益生产，系统管理以及质量管理经验者尤佳。 -English speaking, reading, writing fluently. 熟练的英文读写能力，良好的口语能力。
