- Key Responsibilities
- Source, structure, and execute profitable trades in the Indonesian market.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Indonesian miners, traders and smelters.
- Support/Monitor traffic team’s execution actively.
- Collect the market intel and share with the team timely.
- Lead the Indonesian office operation and build the strong teamwork with other
employees.
- Drive business flows with a focus on sustainable margins and strategic value.
- Actively monitor local supply-demand balances, premiums, logistics, payment terms, and
credit conditions.
- Own the trade lifecycle from negotiation to execution closure.
Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Commerce, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or related field).
- 5+ years’ experience in physical metal trading or commercial roles.
- Proven experience in especially in nonferrous metal industry.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian market dynamics.
- Precise working knowledge of Indonesia trade rules and regulations.
- Familiarity with LME practices and global physical contract structures.
