职位介绍: This role supports end-to-end project management for key clients, covering new product development, sample preparation, new SKU launch, through to first PO shipment. It also serves as the primary internal/external coordination point for client requests and project-related matters. Key Responsibilities - Serve as the main contact for assigned clients, build and maintain long-term relationships, and understand client business needs and expectations. - Independently manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery. - Coordinate with cross-functional internal teams (e.g., Creative, Technical, Product, Delivery) and external partners to resolve issues and ensure smooth execution. - Develop or contribute to strategic proposals and presentations based on client insights and industry trends. - Provide regular project updates and actionable recommendations to management. Core Requirements - Fluent spoken English is a must– candidates should be able to confidently lead meetings, conduct negotiations, and handle daily calls with overseas clients and colleagues without language barriers. - Excellent written communication skills in both English and Chinese. - Strong project management skills – able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage details effectively. - Logical thinking with market insight; ability to develop independent strategies and solutions. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PPT, Word) with strong presentation and reporting skills. - Results-driven, self-motivated, resilient under pressure, and takes strong ownership. - Collaborative team player who can mobilize internal/external resources to achieve goals. - Experience in disposable medical device or retail industry is a plus. - Willing to travel domestically or overseas as needed. - Able to handle early-morning or late-night calls with overseas colleagues. - MNC experience is a plus.
