- The Business Development & Site Coordinator will be responsible for developing sales in South China while supporting the day-to-day coordination of the Zhongshan operation.
业务发展及生产现场协调主管将负责开发华南地区销售业务，同时支持中山工厂的日常协调运营。
The primary objective of the role is business growth through new customer acquisition, key account development and market expansion.
该职位的核心目标是通过新客户开发、重点客户维护及市场拓展实现业务增长。
As GPZ grows, the successful candidate is expected to build and lead a larger local sales organization and take increasing responsibility for the South China business.
随着 GPZ 的发展，成功候选人需组建并领导更大的本地销售团队，并逐步承担日益重要的华南业务管理责任。
Main Responsibilities 主要职责
Business Development & Sales (80%) / 业务拓展与销售（80%）
• Develop new business opportunities across South China. 开发华南地区的全新业务机会。
• Identify and approach new customers in target industries. 识别并接洽目标行业的新客户。
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers. 与关键决策者建立并维护良好关系。
• Prepare quotations and commercial proposals. 编制报价单及商业方案。
• Negotiate commercial agreements. 主导商业协议谈判。
• Develop annual sales plans and growth initiatives. 制定年度销售计划与增长举措。
• Achieve agreed sales growth targets. 达成约定的销售增长目标。
• Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events and exhibitions. 代表公司出席客户会议、行业活动及展会。
Site Coordination & Leadership (20%) / 生产现场协调与领导（20%）
• Support the daily coordination of GPZ operations. 支持 GPZ 的日常运营协调。
• Act as the local point of contact for customers and employees. 担任面向客户与员工的本地联络对接人。
• Coordinate priorities between sales, production and customer service. 协调销售、生产与客服之间的工作优先级。
• Support quality and continuous improvement initiatives. 支持质量管控与持续改善项目。
• Assist headquarters in Changzhou with local business management. 协助常州总部开展本地业务管理。
• Help implement company policies and business procedures. 协助落地公司政策与业务流程。
• Contribute to building a strong and customer-focused culture. 助力打造以客户为中心的企业文化。
