职位介绍: Qualifications & Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree or above; CET-6 or above in English. 2. Major in English, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, or related fields. 3. 5+ years of sourcing management experience in medium-to large-scale manufacturing factories. 4. Proven ability to independently develop and maintain suppliers, as well as conduct factory audits. 5. Strong teamwork skills and project development/management capabilities. 6. Solid skills in supply chain management, planning & execution, and financial management. 7. Excellent interpersonal communication and price negotiation skills. 8. Rich product knowledge and strong product quality control/management abilities. 9. Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 10. Exceptional English proficiency; candidates with TEM-8 (Test for English Majors-Band 8) or above are highly preferred. Key Responsibilities: I. New Project & New Supplier Development: 1. Study new project requirements, understand relevant product and material specifications, and conduct product sourcing/collection. 2. Source new supplier information via the internet, trade shows, and other channels to expand the supply chain network. 3. Evaluate, screen, and conduct on-site audits for new suppliers; ensure all documentation is properly archived. 4. Collect product information, specifications, and quotations from new suppliers; negotiate prices and select the most suitable suppliers. II. New Project Management & Sourcing Execution: 1. Maintain close cross-functional communication to ensure the smooth execution of new projects. 2. Upon project approval, negotiate and sign sourcing contracts with suppliers to mitigate project risks. 3. Execute sourcing tasks for sample orders, ensuring samples are completed on time and meet quality standards. 4. Conduct quality inspections on samples; coordinate with suppliers to resolve any quality issues promptly. 5. Follow up on mass production sourcing tasks and conduct subsequent price negotiations to continuously reduce sourcing costs.
