职位介绍: Major Responsibilities and Objectives： • Responsible for the controlling and administration of all day-to-day management matters including but not limited to security, cleaning, traffic management, customer services and safety prevention within the properties. • Manpower formulation of in-house and outsourced workforce to maintain operational needs of the properties. • Formulates, implements, reviews and upgrades the daily and routine operational procedures to meet the operational needs of the properties. • Supervises and ensures proper execution of all operational procedures meets the company’s requirements. • Maintaining excellent reputation and wellness of the properties at all times. • Provides prudent financial management of running costs within budget. • Ensures constant compliance with the legal requirements stipulated by the local authorities. Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements： • Bachelor's Degree or above holder, major in property management or related • Attainment of recognized qualifications on Property Management or Business Administration subjects such as “China registered property manager” / “Property enterprise manager certificate” or equivalent. • Good knowledge of building structure, maintenance and business operation at multi-functional properties. • 15 years' experience in the real estate management, 8 years at the managerial level and working with the property developer Sound knowledge of property engineering management in Chinese Mainland • Proven record of job experiences at Grade A projects for 8 years and above • Good team plyer with strong communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin is required. • Experience of managing large teams of over 100 subordinates.
