职位介绍: Key Job Accountabilities You’ll play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing while maintaining compliance with local regulations and company policies. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver a seamless payroll experience. 1. Payroll Preparation & Validation: Collect and verify monthly payroll inputs (e.g., new hires, terminations) and enter or correct local payroll data in systems, including mass uploads. 2. Pre- and Post-Payroll Activities: Support validation steps with internal and external stakeholders, integrate post-payroll corrections, and prepare local declarations (social, fiscal, taxes, etc.). 3. Taxation Management: Monthly tax filings, providing expert tax consultation, and managing inquiries and administration related to special additional deductions. 4. Exception Management: Handle underpayments, overpayments, severance to ensure timely resolution. 5. Year-End Reconciliation: Collaborate with Rewards team to reconcile year-end payroll and prepare for the new payroll year. 6. Employee Support: Partner with BEST People Link teams to address Tier 2 employee questions as needed. 7. Compliance & Continuous Improvement: Maintain audit-proof records, ensure compliance with payroll-related controls, and contribute to process optimization initiatives. 8. Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships with external payroll providers, ensuring efficient and accurate payroll processing and adherence to service level agreements. Requirements: 1. Have experience in payroll preparation and administration, with a strong attention to detail. 2. Are proficient in payroll systems and tools, with the ability to manage data uploads and corrections. 3. Possess excellent problem-solving skills to manage exceptions and ensure compliance. 4. As a collaborative team player, comfortable working with internal and external stakeholders. 5. Stay updated on local labor laws and tax regulations, ensuring adherence always.
