职位介绍: 岗位概述 Position Summary：为配合公司技术团队的高技能人才培养战略，现招聘一名资深化学师加入 GPC 实验室。该岗位将在技术经理的直接管理下，全面负责实验室日常测试与配方研发支持工作，同时协助技术经理处理部分技术管理事务，推动团队整体技术实力的提升。 To support the company’s strategic initiative in cultivating high-skilled technical talent, we are seeking a senior chemist to join the GPC Laboratory. Reporting directly to the Technical Manager, this role encompasses full responsibility for daily laboratory testing and formulation R&D support. Additionally, the incumbent will assist the Technical Manager with technical management tasks, thereby driving the overall enhancement of the team’s technical capabilities. 核心职责 Key Responsibilities 1. 实验室日常运营 Laboratory Operations：独立负责 GPC 实验室的日常测试、数据分析及仪器维护，确保测试结果的准确性与及时性。Independently manage daily testing, data analysis, and instrument maintenance within the GPC Laboratory to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of test results. 2. 橡胶配方研发 Rubber Formulation R&D：主导或参与橡胶配方的开发与优化工作，针对特定应用场景（如辊筒/rollers 类产品）提供技术支持与解决方案。Lead or participate in the development and optimization of rubber formulations, providing technical support and solutions for specific application scenarios, particularly for rollers and related products. 3. 参与质量管理，熟悉并了解 ISO9001 质量管理体系。Participate in quality management and familiar with the ISO9001 quality management system. 4. 技术管理协助 Technical Management Support：协助跟进技术项目进度、整理技术文档、协调跨部门沟通及团队内部技术培训等事务。Assist in tracking technical project progress, organizing technical documentation, facilitating cross-departmental communication, and coordinating internal technical training. 5. 团队赋能 Team Empowerment：分享橡胶配方及测试领域的专业知识，协助提升团队整体技术水平。Share professional expertise in rubber formulation and testing to assist in elevating the overall technical proficiency of the team. 任职要求 Qualifications： 1. 专业背景 Education：高分子材料、化学工程或相关专业本科及以上学历 Bachelor’s degree or above in Polymer Materials, Chemical Engineering, or a related field。 2. 核心经验 Core Experience：具备扎实的橡胶配方开发经验，有辊筒（rollers）相关橡胶制品配方经验者优先考虑 Solid experience in rubber formulation development; prior experience with rubber formulations for rollers is highly preferred。 3. 语言能力 Language Proficiency：英语可作为工作语言，具备流利的英语听说读写能力，能独立完成英文技术报告及跨国沟通。English must be proficient as a working language, with fluent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, capable of independently drafting technical reports in English and conducting cross-border communication. 4. 综合素质 Competencies：具备优秀的逻辑分析能力、团队协作精神及一定的管理潜质，认同公司高技能人才培养理念。Excellent logical analysis skills, strong team collaboration spirit, and demonstrated management potential. 5. 遵守公司规章制度，保持良好的职业道德和团队合作精神。 Comply with company policies and regulations, maintain good professional ethics and teamwork spirit. 6. 能吃苦耐劳，有较强的责任心和团队合作精神。Able to work hard, with strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit.
