职位介绍: 工作职责（Responsibility)：（1）方案评审：参与项目前期电气方案规划，包括控制架构选型（以欧姆龙为主，可能涉及NJ/NX系列）、网络拓扑（EtherCAT等）、电气柜布局等，评估技术风险。Participate in early-stage electrical solution planning, including control architecture selection (primarily Omron, potentially involving NJ/NX series), network topology (EtherCAT, etc.), electrical cabinet layout, and assess technical risks. （2）搭建程序架构：负责设备中标准的PLC程序架构。如高精度运动控制、复杂算法、与上位机/MES的交互逻辑等。Responsible for the standard PLC program architecture for equipment, including high-precision motion control, complex algorithms, and interaction logic with host computer/MES. （3）标准化建设：制定部门的电气设计规范、程序模板（FB/功能块）、变量命名规则及图纸标准。Establish departmental electrical design specifications, program templates (FB/function blocks), variable naming conventions, and drawing standards （4）电气设计输出：主导或审核电气原理图、接线图、BOM表的输出。确保BOM的准确性和长交期物料的提前预警。Lead or review the output of electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and bill of materials (BOM). Ensure BOM accuracy and provide early warning for long-lead-time components （5）调试主导：组织并安排内部调试（I/O核对、伺服优化、空跑、节拍测试）及现场的带料调试。在出现突发问题时，需快速定位问题，调查根本原因，并协调资源解决。Organize and arrange internal debugging (I/O verification, servo optimization, dry run, cycle time testing) as well as on-site debugging with materials. When unexpected issues arise, quickly identify the problem, investigate the root cause, and coordinate resources to resolve it. （6）节点把控：对电气环节的时间节点控制。需要合理分配组员任务，确保设备按时出货 Control the timeline for electrical tasks. Reasonably assign tasks to team members to ensure equipment is shipped on time （7）沟通交流：与其他团队，与其他地区团队定期交流沟通。Regularly communicate with other teams and with teams in other regions. 任职资格（1）本科以上学历，电气工程，自动化，控制或者类似专业Bachelor or above; major in Electrical engineering, automation,control or similar （2）精通欧姆龙PLC体系：熟练掌握 Sysmac Studio 软件，精通 NJ/NX/NY 系列PLC的编程。梯形图+ST 语言，能够编写复杂的运动控制程序（如电子凸轮、同步控制、位置补偿）。Skilled in Sysmac Studio software, proficient in programming NJ/NX/NY series PLCs. Proficient in Ladder Diagram + Structured Text (ST) languages, capable of writing complex motion control programs (e.g., electronic cam, synchronous control, position compensation). （3）电气制图：熟练使用 Solidworks electric 或 AutoCAD Electrical。能够指导团队完成标准的电气柜布局和端子排图。Proficient in SolidWorks Electrical or AutoCAD Electrical. Able to guide the team in completing standard electrical cabinet layouts and terminal strip diagrams. （4）调试：具备较强的抗压能力和现场应变能力。能快速针对问题，找出优解。Strong ability to work under pressure and adapt to on-site conditions. Capable of quickly identifying issues and finding optimal solutions （5）沟通能力：项目进度把控，具备较强的“Deadline”意识。要向项目及上级沟通进度，团队内合理安排任务和优先级，对外沟通技术方案。Strong ability to manage project progress with a solid sense of deadline. Able to communicate progress to project stakeholders and management, reasonably allocate tasks and priorities within the team, and communicate technical solutions externally （6）成本意识：在选型（BOM）时，需要有成本控制意识，在性能和成本之间找到平衡点，避免过度设计。Demonstrate cost control awareness during component selection (BOM), striking a balance between performance and cost while avoiding over-engineering. （7）加分项：英语流利，＞3年的团队管理经验。Fluent in English, with more than 3 years of team management experience.
