职位介绍: Responsibilities: To promote and establish the Bank’s corporate banking business as RM Support (including but not limited to the preparation of credit applications, client presentation materials, etc), and to assist the team for planning and implementing objectives in pursuit of longer-term strategic goals in alignment with bank’s strategic objectives. Collaborate with paired RM on deal execution and drawdown, and to follow the implementation efficient and accurate to ensure deliveries of the targets. Bear same financial target as paired RM or assigned team. Assisting RM to ensure all actions (including Regional KPI) required by the department are completed within the stipulated turnaround times with accuracy & standardization; Support MBC to meet its regulatory ratios (i.e. capital adequacy ratio, asset/liability ratio, deposit deviation ratio, etc.). Collaborate effectively with RM and related internal/external stakeholders to ensure efficient and accurate deal implementation. Materials Preparation for internal or external meetings per request from pairing RM; support to connect between RM and MO on Onboarding Liaison & KYC Documents Review. Ensure all transactions fully compliance with the prevailing regulations (including global operation / compliance framework of 1st line) showing examples of ethical behavior and following all internal controls; Identify and report any risk issue in client portfolios and the team, ensure no breach to risk controls (i.e. credit, operational, compliance, legal, AML, sanction, etc.); ensure timely response to audit/inspections (internal & external); Support other Ad-Hoc Requests / Customer Servicing, management on adhoc requests such as account servicing queries, fee waiver requests from clients, audit confirmation requests; Liaison with internal stakeholders. Skills & Knowledge: Relevant experience in covering global corporate banking; Knowledge in corporate banking products, strong credit and marketing experience; Strong communication and presentation skills; Good team worker to partner with various stakeholders to ensure smooth deal execution; Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese; Sufficient PC knowledge, acquire proficiency in Outlook, Excel, PPT. Bachelor Degree or above 3 years or above in corporate banking business
