职位介绍: Responsibilities: 1.Responsible for customer quality problem on-site investigate and pre-analysis, send the problem description and pre-analysis result to plant quality team at the first time. Keep contact with plant quality and support plant quality for further vehicle level analysis and customer communication 2.Ensure customer good performance and satisfaction. Manage customer product line all issue. Follow up customer audits information and feed back to Customer Servicer coordinator to ensure the adequate use of our products, hold customer official complain 3.Take responsibility for engine field issue investigation/root cause analysis etc, with support from internal functions like application engineering/product engineering/plant QA and with customer corresponding functions together. 4.Drive for the PCA (permanent correction actions) close on time internally, and also need to review with customer for the FIR (Field issue resolution) progress 5.Understand customer metrics for field return, analyze and monitor the field claims and have deep understanding of failure trends/new failures 6.Analyze the field return turbo according to the established analysis procedure. And may also need to have joint analysis at customer sides 7.Understand customer procedure for warranty claims, check and handle customer warranty invoice on time 8.Support warranty agreement sign-off with customers, and provide PTA (post test analysis) data/field failure trends etc Requirement University graduate with Minimum of 5 years experience on 3C/Electronics, engineering/quality/field service experience preferred Good communication skill in both Mandarin and English. Strong conceptualization skills (identify & document new issues) Computer skills such as using Microsoft software are required
