职位介绍: Scope of Responsibilities To align with overall Project Scope 1. Engage with key stakeholders to ensure project SHE objectives/goals/KPIs are clearly defined and agreed. 2. Engage with internal stakeholders and the project team to provide a single point of contact for engineering SHE, ensuring targets and requirements are clearly understood and delivered. 3. Engage with the project team to verify the SHE training (onboarding plan) to ensure SHE studies meet company’s standards and expectations. 4. Engage with local SHE and client to ensure site experience and requirements are integrated in the design. 5. Engage with Design Manager to assess SHE impact of changes. 6. Engage with the Construction SHE Lead about safe to start and pre start-up safety review topics. 7. Support the Project Technical Manager in the selection of suitable SHE study contractors. 8. Share deliverable with the relevant client and project team members for comment and approval to ensure the SHE studies are completed to a good level of quality and that their outcome is integrated in the design. 9. Take part in relevant project developments and design reviews to assess and advise on potential SHE impact. 10. Update SHE reviews following close out of actions. 11. Track the progress made against the engineering SHE delivery plan / schedule. 12. Update the SHE delivery plan / schedule as needed to reflect delivery and findings from of project and SHE activities. 13. Provide input in the Tier reporting and gate reviews. 14. Provide input in the mechanical completion, Pre Start-up Safety Review, Handovers. 15. Ensure the HSE knowledge is transferred to the user. 16. Escalates issues to the PTM and if necessary to the Project Manager. Soft skills and expectations (Capabilities, Values and Behaviours) 1. Over 10 years relevant experience from pharmaceutical/life science industries. 2. Demonstrated practitioner of practical problem-solving. Strong collaborator with ability to create and maintain effective working relationships and willing to challenge behaviors and actions. 3. Detail focused completer/finisher with a results-orientated mindset. 4. Strong leadership qualities with motivational ability to direct others in a dynamic and complex environment through change. 5. Collaborate and work in partnership with multiple customer teams to deliver programme/project objectives, 6. High professional standards, holding themselves and others in the team to deliver on time and on target. 7. Works with integrity and tenacity to ‘do the right thing’ even under challenging situation. 8. Understanding and knowledge of the delivery of Engineering SHE in CPDP.
