职位介绍: Project Manager Key Responsibilities • Lead lifecycle delivery: Drive stage-gated execution in line with CPDP processes; secure Sponsor and Steering Committee approvals for each stage. • Initiation and planning: Develop and gain agreement on the Project Charter; create, maintain, and implement the Project Management Plan; define clear roles and responsibilities. • Governance and risk: Establish appropriate governance; proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks; maintain robust and timely reporting and decision-making. • Change control: Own the Project Change Register; coordinate impact assessments; secure approvals for scope changes. • Schedule and budget: Own the plan–do–review cycle; ensure the schedule supports the business case timeline; govern the approved budget and spending plan; lead cost reviews and reporting. • Execution and quality: Lead through to H2 sign-off, ensuring effective participation by customers and key stakeholders and adherence to predefined quality requirements. • Handover and closure: Manage handover to operations, ensuring Operational Performance Criteria and H1/H2 sign-offs; capture and communicate lessons learned and good practices. Required Qualifications and Experience • Pharmaceutical capital projects: Extensive end-to-end lifecycle experience from design to handover in GMP-regulated environments. • Modular delivery: Demonstrated success with modular design, fabrication, logistics, and site installation/commissioning across jurisdictions. • Spray-dryer facilities: Hands-on experience in spray-dryer design, construction, and commissioning (equipment selection, utilities integration, validation-readiness). • United States: Familiarity with US A/E resources, state and federal regulations, permitting pathways, and delivery of modular facilities across different states. • China: Experience delivering pharmaceutical projects from design to handover in China, including regulatory and permitting processes. • Stakeholder leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence at senior levels (Sponsor, Steering Committee, site leadership). • Project controls: Strong command of schedule development, cost control, risk management, and change control in a stage-gated framework. Preferred Qualifications • Professional certifications: PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project management certification. • Technical background: Degree in engineering or a related discipline; exposure to process engineering for spray drying is advantageous. • Digital tools: Proficiency with enterprise project controls and reporting tools; familiarity with AZ CPDP (or comparable) processes.
