职位介绍: Position Overview This role is responsible for the full order management cycle, ensuring timely fulfillment, operational efficiency, and strong coordination between various internal and external stakeholders. The role involves managing procurement processes, optimizing inventory levels, resolving customer issues, and driving continuous improvements across supply chain and fulfillment functions. Key Responsibilities Order & Fulfillment Management •Oversee the entire lifecycle of orders, from entry to final delivery, ensuring compliance with contract terms and agreed timelines. •Validate sales estimates based on system records (Hyperion booked figures and Oracle backlog) to ensure data accuracy. •Identify high-value orders and prioritize urgent requests that impact business performance. •Escalate critical order issues, delays, and shortages to key stakeholders to expedite resolution. •Analyze recurring late delivery cases and propose corrective actions, including lead time adjustments and improvements to stock policies. •Work closely with fulfillment teams to minimize material delays, optimize cycle times, and improve overall supply chain efficiency. Customer Coordination & Service Excellence •Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and requests. •Translate customer needs into detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with delivery schedules and expectations. •Coordinate with regional Account Managers to verify demand for parts, adjust sales forecasts based on material availability, and manage customer expectations. •Assist customers with account-related activities, including setup requests, credit applications, and core return facilitation. •Represent the company professionally in all interactions, including negotiations and customer meetings. Procurement & Inventory Management •Ensure all purchase orders align with forecasted demand and maintain optimal safety stock levels to prevent shortages or excess inventory. •Manage the procurement of indirect materials based on projected needs and handle payment disputes related to vendor transactions. •Maintain an inventory of critical and must-have materials while creating strategic supply plans for all operational sites. •Monitor inbound and outbound logistics to ensure timely material availability and smooth warehouse operations. •Oversee the storage, tracking, and movement of inventory to comply with standard operating procedures (SOPs). •Conduct regular physical inventory checks to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies. Process Optimization & Compliance •Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement within customer service, procurement, and fulfillment functions. •Participate in business-wide initiatives aimed at optimizing operational workflows and enhancing productivity. •Ensure compliance with corporate environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations across all responsibilities. •Maintain proper documentation of processes, transactions, and communications in accordance with company policies. •Support efforts to enforce supplier guidelines, strengthen service-level agreements, and negotiate beneficial contract terms. Cross-functional Engagement & Strategic Support •Collaborate with engineering, buyers, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless operations and improve order execution. •Assist in the negotiation of change orders with customers, ensuring mutual agreement on adjustments and revisions. •Manage a network of internal and external resources, including contractors, to support project execution. •Analyze market trends, supply chain dynamics, and spending patterns to provide recommendations for future improvements. •Participate in strategic planning discussions to align operational priorities with business objectives.
