职位介绍: Project Planning & Initiation Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with project sponsors, technical leads and APAC PMO Develop detailed project planning, tasks, schedules, and resource allocations Carry out assigned activities in accordance with the project plan Solve issues and report bottlenecks as needed Ensure the completion of each step within the timeframe originally planned Track the progress of tasks and update monitoring indicators and KPIs Conduct the project in such a way as to achieve the defined key indicators and project milestones Coordinate and lead the project Facilitate meetings with the project team Contribute to the coordination of activities to achieve the objectives Regularly exchange with stakeholders, ensure their understanding of the subject and inform them of the overall progress of the project, particularly during dedicated committees Organize dedicated committees, prioritization, and “escalation points” Produce communications, documentation and reports Design the various communication materials useful to the project (presentation, deliverable…) Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including reports and tracking records Prepare meeting minutes and task status reports Carry out change management Assess training needs Ensure the drafting of documentation for user training Experience 5+ years of experience managing IT projects of medium to large size Proven track record delivering projects in banking, financial services or other regulated environments Education Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration Project Management certification preferred (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, PMIACP) Methodologies & Tools Proficiency with PM/PMO tools (e.g. MS Project, Jira/Confluence, Clarity) Experience with risk‑management and reporting tools (e.g. 360, ServiceNow, PowerPoint, Power BI) Technical Knowledge Familiar with Cloud, DevOps, IT Infrastructure (Datacenter, Network, Firewall, Proxy, Telecoms, Windows/Linux Server, Virtualization, Storage, Active Directory, …) and good Cybersecurity culture Language Fluent English (written and spoken). Additional language(s) beneficial (Chinese, French)
