- 需要有oem或者tier的销售经验
Execute sales strategies targeting respective industry customers.
Be responsible for achieving sales targets, including ensuring customer profitability, and taking corrective actions for deviations.
Maintain existing customer relationships and develop new business opportunities.
Handle customer quality complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
Closely monitor competitor activities and responses.
Manage existing channels and develop new sales channels.
Work closely with the local credit control team to assess customer receivables and take corrective actions.
Over 6 years of sales experience, managing key accounts or channels within the automotive, electronics or general industry sectors. Rich experience in managing OEMs/Tiers, including product launch activities.
Demonstrate a proven track record of significantly increasing sales performance.
Work in accordance with the principles of valuing values and integrity.
Be familiar with market and application conditions.
Be adaptable to frequent travel.
