- Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Operations & Strategy: Manage the daily operations of CATL’s global social media (LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, X, Instagram, and TikTok). Develop and execute platform-specific content strategies. Monitor performance metrics and data to continuously optimize operational tactics.
2. Content Planning & Production: Conceptualize and produce high-quality multimedia content, including tech expalainning videos, manufacturing showcases, co-branded features, and other graphics. Responsible for the full lifecycle from scripting and visual design to final edit, ensuring alignment with brand goals and global user preferences.
3. Community Engagement & Reputation Management: Manage daily user interactions by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner. Actively monitor brand sentiment across social platforms to identify and mitigate potential PR risks or crises.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Native-Level Communication: Exceptional English verbal and written skills (Native speaker preferred). Ability to write copy that is professional yet engaging, with a keen sense of global internet culture.
2. Proven Content Portfolio: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in social media management, digital marketing, or multimedia storytelling. Prior experience in EV, Clean Energy, or High-Tech sectors is a significant advantage.
3. Platform Mastery: Advanced expertise in the algorithms, "unwritten rules," and community norms of global social media ecosystems.
4. Creative Intuition: A natural storyteller who understands what makes content "stop the scroll." Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into compelling visual narratives.
5. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Multimedia, or a related field.
