职位介绍: JD The Flame scanner Engineer will work closely with the production team by providing technical support on the shop fabrication, assembly and function test, troubleshooting for flame scanners; test record and report preparation and other technic document update. 主要职责收到订单后，需要按项目的要求，负责所承担产品的料单，按照SOP组织装配、功能测试与记录，并对制造工艺质量负责。 Prepare the BOM list per project specification when get new orders, assemble and function test according to SOP ;this role should be responsible for quality of manufacturing process. 针对采购过程中，反馈供应商提出的问题。 Response the vendor’s question for the technical issue during the procurement. 针对来料检验中出现的问题，提出相应的改进方案。 Optimization and improve the problems happened in manufacturing process. 维修及测试返回车间的火检，并出测试报告。 Repair and function test for flame scanner returned to workshop and submitted related report. 资格要求人选要来自要生产制造企业 Have the work experiences from manufacture companies. 丰富的关于火检方面的术语知识。 Rich knowledge on the norms of flame scanner. 熟练的进行车间详图转化，料单分类整理等。 Mechanical & Electrical design skills on the shop detailed drawing drafting, BOM list sorting is essent 具备基本的电气与电子知识。 Knowledge of electric and electronic is basic requirement. 具有车间实践经验。 Have much workshop experience. 熟悉防爆的相关标准与要求，特别是ATEX和IEC。 Be familiar with the requirement and standard for Ex- proof , especially the IEC and ATEX. 良好的英语读写能力，口语优先考虑 Good English of reading/writing, spoken English is preferred. 机电一体化专科及以上学历 College degree and above of major in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronic. 至少3年仪表制造的经验 Minimum 3 years working experience on the instrument manufacturing 仪器仪表设计或者制造经验 Instrument design or fabrication experience on the burning management system 电子方面工艺经验 Experience of production process of electronic. 擅长使用CAD Good at AutoCAD, 仪器仪表相关知识 Knowledge in instrument measurement. 能够绘制电气原理图 Can design the electrical schematic diagram
