- 一、工作职责Job Responsibilities
1. Carry out structural design, material selection and parameter calculation for aviation pipeline components in accordance with ESJV engineering standards.
1. 依据ESJV工程标准，负责航空管路零部件的结构设计、材料选型与参数核算。
2. Ensure the accuracy and standardization of component drawings and 3D models to comply with aviation quality specifications and mass production requirements.
2. 把控零部件图纸、模型的准确性与规范性，确保设计符合航空质量及量产要求。
3. Participate in component design reviews, optimize structural and process schemes to enhance component reliability and service life.
3. 参与部件设计评审，优化结构与工艺方案，提升管路部件可靠性与使用寿命。
4. Liaise with customers and suppliers, validate development requirements, and resolve technical and quality defects during prototype trial and mass production phases.
4. 对接客户与供应商，审核开发需求，解决部件试制、量产过程中的技术质量问题。
5. Build standardized specifications for pipeline components, compile design and process standards, and support adaptation and optimization of complete aircraft pipeline systems.
5. 搭建完善管路部件标准化体系，沉淀设计与工艺规范，配合完成整机管路适配优化。
二、任职要求Job Requirements
1. Full-time Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Design or Aviation Manufacturing; Master’s degree is preferred. Minimum 3–5 years of component design experience, with aviation industry experience as a priority.
1. 全日制本科及以上学历，机械设计、航空制造相关专业，硕士优先；3-5年零部件设计经验，航空行业经验优先。
2. Proficient in CATIA V5 solid modeling and 2D drafting, familiar with GD&T standards and the Enovia PDM system, capable of precision component design and engineering drawing interpretation.
2. 熟练使用CATIA V5建模制图，掌握GD&T，熟悉Enovia PDM系统，具备精密部件设计与识图能力。
3. Possess profound expertise in mechanical component design, familiar with structural features, material properties and failure modes of aviation pipeline components, and capable of independent component development and optimization.
3. 精通机械零部件设计知识，熟悉航空管路部件结构、材料特性及失效逻辑，可独立完成部件开发优化。
4. Familiar with aviation pipe machining, welding and surface treatment processes. Experience in civil aircraft component design and pipeline systems is preferred, with the ability to resolve technical issues arising during mass production.
4. 熟悉航空管件加工、焊接、表面处理工艺，有民航部件设计、管路系统相关经验者优先。
5. Possess competent written and verbal English proficiency, logical thinking and strong stress tolerance, and be able to independently deliver R&D projects.
5. 具备良好的中英文读写能力，逻辑清晰、抗压性强，可独立推进研发项目。
