职位介绍: Description 1、Mainly responsible for the customer development and maintenance of Joining and Fastening tape business in the Electronics industry and Automotive industry including white goods (household appliances) industry, screen device industry. The focus of such responsibility consists of acrylic foam tape which are SPT (optionally thermally conductive) and SPS. 2、Monitor the market trends and business dynamics perceivable at manufacturers and/or by competitors. If a potential opportunity is identified and recognized by the German headquarters, a proposal will be made and the product will be launched within the company. Feel free to provide new product ideas. 3、Being the first contact of assigned customers, responsible for project and business volume extension, verifying and if needed launch the process of customer specific requirement, increase customer satisfaction grade within the responsibility. 4、Issue quotations in line with the quotation process and quotation follow up to generate turnover volume out of these quotations submitted to customers. 5、Take the driver's seat in obtaining product releases and approvals through OEMs, Tier 1/System Suppliers, and Converters (including module houses and die-cutters) in both Electronics and Automotive supply chains. 6、Supervision of correct price maintenance applied in system and invoices to customer. 7、Carry out customer visits frequently with the background to acquire and maintain new business. 8、Monitor turnover fidelity and claim potentially missing PO. Assist quality department for customer complaint if required. 9、Possess environmental and safety awareness, comply and implement actively with company environmental and safety guidelines, policies and objectives.
