职位介绍: Providing local HR Services for Greater China • Deliver day-to-day HR support to employees and managers across Greater China, including onboarding, employee changes, transfers, exits, retirement, and re-employment, using both hardcopy documents and the MyHR platform. • Guide employees and managers on HR tools, policies, processes, and employee-related matters, collaborating with internal stakeholders as needed. • Maintain accurate personnel records, prepare and process HR documents, and support regular audits to ensure compliance. • Support employee relations, compliance activities, audits, investigations, statutory reporting, government programs, and occupational health matters. • Assist with employee engagement, wellbeing, recognition, communications, and updates to local HR policies. • Perform other duties as assigned. Supporting Strategic HR Partners • Support talent review, performance management (including probationary performance and PIP), New Leader Assimilation, and development plans. • Assist with annual salary budget planning, merit and promotion cycles, benefits communications, and Total Rewards program implementation. • Provide additional support on employee-related matters as needed. • Participate in HR projects as required. Supporting COE of Talent & Culture • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of talent development and culture initiatives, including learning programs, employee engagement activities, communications, logistics, and stakeholder coordination. • Coordinate recruitment activities, interviews, job offers, and university internship programs.
