职位介绍: 岗位职责： Role Overview The Planning Manager is responsible for leading planning operations for Group BPT Supply Chain in China. This role operates within a highly globalized and interdependent supply network, requiring strong coordination across regions, including Europe, the US, and Asia. The position plays a critical role in ensuring supply reliability, optimizing inventory, and enabling efficient cross-border material and product flows. In parallel, the role will focus on building and developing a high-performing planning team to support the continued growth and complexity of the business. Key Responsibilities 1. Country Planning Leadership 1) Lead and manage integrated planning activities across supply, production, and material planning for BPT China. 2) Ensure alignment of supply plans with demand, capacity constraints, and business priorities. 3) Drive planning excellence to balance service, cost, and inventory targets. 2. Supply Chain Coordination 1) Manage complex, multi-directional supply flows across regions: 2) Collaborate closely with global planning teams to ensure synchronized planning across the network. 3) Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to cross-border supply, lead times, and capacity constraints. 3. Production & Material Planning Excellence 1) Develop robust production plans aligned with site capabilities and global requirements. 2) Ensure timely availability of raw materials and intermediates to support uninterrupted operations. 3) Optimize inventory levels across raw materials, intermediates, and finished goods. 4. Team Leadership & Capability Building 1) Build, lead, and develop a strong local planning team. 2) Drive capability development in advanced planning, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration. 3) Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. 5. Process Improvement & Digitalization 1) Identify opportunities to enhance planning processes, tools, and systems. 2) Drive standardization and adoption of best practices across planning functions. 3) Support digital initiatives to improve visibility, accuracy, and responsiveness of the planning process. 6. Stakeholder Management 1) Partner with manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and commercial teams locally and globally. 2) Act as the key planning interface between China operations and global supply chain stakeholders. 3) Provide clear communication and escalation on supply risks and mitigation plans. 任职资格： Qualifications & Experience 1) Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain, Engineering, Chemistry, or related field. 2) Solid experience in supply chain planning (supply/production/material planning), preferably in chemical or process industries. 3) Proven experience in managing complex, global supply chains with cross-border flows. 4) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage uncertainty and complexity. 5) Experience in team leadership and talent development is preferred. 6) Familiarity with ERP/APS systems (e.g., SAP, planning tools) is a plus. 7) Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese.
