- 职位介绍
- Contact person for international OEMs and customer projects for e-mobility systems and platform development on technical and process-related topics.
In-Detail analysis of customer needs and requirements and translation of them into system specifications.
Close collaboration with the experts from fields like functional safety, cyber security, software development etc. Active part of the initiation process from concept development to product development in interdisciplinary projects
Requirements management and supervision as well as system architectural design considering our design and specify for re-use and optimization principles.
Provides specification and privatization of System requirements
Supports the project team in understanding the requirements.
Manages requirements and implement changes requests in Specifications
Cross-functional alignment with mechanic, hardware, software, and test teams to ensure seamless system integration.
Planning, coordination, and reporting of system development activities.
Performing individual task-related duties in accordance with the knowledge and experience of the position holder.
Advising other people holding positions at VCIC, its subsidiaries/associate companies, or cooperating organizations upon request and in consultation with the appropriate people responsible.
Our Requirements:
Master's degree or equivalent (or higher) of Automotive, control theory and control engineering, or similar
Over 5 years of proficient and verifiable experience in system design of inverter, OBC etc. — expert level in at least one of above domains.
Expert at motor control, charging function design.
Preferably proficient experience with micro-controller, gate driver, sensors etc.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills(English minimum B2,German desirable)
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Proficiency in system modeling and design tools.
Experience in SYSE process work (requirements, architecture) or willing to learn in this field. Out of the Box Thinking!
