职位介绍: Your mission is to build an agile and resilient supplier base to ensure cost effectiveness with good quality products delivered on time. 你的使命是建立一个敏捷且具有弹性的供应商基础，以确保成本效益，提供高质量的产品，并按时交付。 Job description included but not limited 岗位职责包括但不限于： • Leading Sourcing team to be responsible for the end-to-end sourcing processes from supplier development, cost analysis, price negotiation, product development and project management, focusing on casting, machining and motor commodities, to meet OTD, quality and cost KPIs. 领导采购团队，负责端到端采购流程，覆盖供应商开发、成本分析、价格谈判、产品开发及项目管理，重点聚焦铸件、机加工、电机等品类，达成交付、质量和成本KPI。 • Drive identification and development of potential suppliers as well as maintaining a relationship with existing vendors to ensure acceptable supplier performance. 推动潜在供应商的识别和开发，同时维护与现有供应商的关系，以确保供应商表现达标。 • Develop deep understanding of manufacturing processes and cost drivers (e.g. casting, machining, motor), drive cost breakdown analysis and continuous cost optimization. 深入理解关键制造工艺及成本结构（如铸造、机加工、电机），推动成本拆解及持续降本。 • Drive identification and development of potential suppliers, especially in casting, machining and motor categories, including localization and dual sourcing strategy. 推动潜在供应商识别与开发，重点在铸件、机加工、电机领域，包括本地化及双供应源策略。 • Drive sourcing activities in new product development (NPI), ensuring supplier readiness, timeline, cost and quality targets. 主导新产品开发阶段的采购工作（NPI），确保供应商准备度、进度、成本和质量达标。 • Work with supplier quality assurance team to develop business relationships with suppliers to manage performance, quality improvement, cost, and service level. 与供应商质量保证团队合作，与供应商建立业务关系，管理绩效、质量改进、成本和服务水平。 • Monitor and manage key supply risks and opportunities across the supply base. 监控并管理供应基础中的关键供应风险和机遇。 • Optimize sourcing procedures to maximize working quality and efficiency, improve digitalization and AI utilization. 优化采购流程，以最大限度地提高工作质量和效率，推动数字化和AI的推广应用。 • Cooperate with stakeholders to guarantee agreement on terms and processes, ensure procurement process follows legal and internal procedures. 与利益相关者合作，确保在条款和流程上达成一致，确保采购流程符合法律和内部程序。 • Effectively communicates strategies, results, and metrics to team and manager as required. 根据需要，向团队和经理有效传达策略、结果和指标。 Competence and qualification 岗位任职能力与资格要求： Experience Requirements经验要求 • Over 8 years of experience in sourcing, supplier development function在采购和供应商开发方面有超过8年的经验 • At least 3 years’ experience in team leader or supervisor role拥有至少3年的团队领导或主管角色的经验 • Strong knowledge in casting, machining or motor manufacturing processes and supplier landscape 具备铸造/机加工/电机行业的相关制程和供应信息 • Proven experience in cost analysis / cost breakdown and negotiation based on technical levers 具备技术驱动的降本能力 • Experience in NPI sourcing and cross-functional project management 具备新产品开发采购经验 Knowledge / Educational requirements知识/学历要求 • Bachelor degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or similar 工程、供应链管理或相关专业的学士学位 • Experienced in supplier identification and development. 拥有供应商识别和开发经验 • Strong organizational skills, project management experience and business acumen 具备较强的组织能力、项目管理经验和商业敏锐度 • Good communication skills in both written and spoken Chinese Mandarin and English. 具备良好的中英文书面和口头沟通能力 • Result oriented and self-motivated 以结果为导向，具备自我激励能力 • Demonstrated strong leadership, ownership, proactive, open mind 展现出较强的领导力、责任感、主动性和开放心态 • Compressor industry experience preferred. 有压缩机行业经验者优先 Competency and personality requirements 胜任力与个性要求 • Planning and Organizing计划和组织 • Leading and Supervising领导和监督 • Creating and Innovating创造和创新 • Problem solving 解决问题的能力 • Team success 关注团队成功 • Understanding and meeting customer expectations理解并满足客户期望
