职位介绍: Position Overview The Head of Sales, East China, will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the regional sales function. This role is accountable for building, coaching, and leading a high-performance sales team to drive market penetration and revenue growth. The incumbent will not only manage their personal portfolio but also assume full ownership of the regional P&L, ensuring the collective sales targets for East China are exceeded. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & People Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales professionals. Foster a culture of accountability, high performance, and continuous improvement. Business Development & Revenue Growth: Drive the sales strategy for the East China region. Identify new market opportunities and lead the acquisition of new business to achieve and exceed regional sales quotas. Key Account Management: Oversee the management of strategic accounts, ensuring high levels of client retention and satisfaction. personally engage with top-tier clients when necessary. Sales Operations & Process Optimization: Implement and refine sales processes, CRM utilization, and reporting mechanisms to enhance team efficiency and forecast accuracy. Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Management: Collaborate effectively with internal partners including Operations, Finance, HR, and Medical Services to deliver integrated solutions to clients. Qualifications & Experience Education: Bachelor’s degree required; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly preferred. Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Mandarin and English (oral and written) is mandatory. Industry Experience: Extensive experience in B2B solution/consultative sales within the complex service industry (e.g., Insurance, Healthcare, Security, or Professional Services). Proven track record of selling to Chinese enterprises, including State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) and large privately owned companies. Management Experience: Demonstrated experience in P&L and G&A management. Strategic Thinking: Strong business acumen with the ability to develop long-term strategic plans and execute them effectively. Negotiation Skills: Exceptional negotiation and influencing skills, capable of managing complex commercial discussions. Competencies & Skills Executive Presence: High-profile networking ability with the confidence to engage and influence C-suite decision-makers and senior executives. Collaborative Mindset: Proven ability to work in a multi-lingual, multi-cultural environment where cross-functional collaboration is key. Analytical Skills: Excellent numeric, written, and oral communication skills. Self-Motivation: A self-starter with strong self-awareness and the drive to succeed in a challenging environment.
