职位介绍: We are seeking a leader to serve as the engine of our company's next-generation growth strategy. You will oversee our production bases in Shantou and Guangzhou, with end-to-end accountability for ~80% of our planned underwear manufacturing capacity. Job Responsibilities: Oversee China Production Infrastructure - Lead both the Shantou Production Lab and the Guangzhou sourcing infrastructure, with full ownership of vendors, quality, and lead times. - Negotiate directly with local manufacturing partners to secure stable, consistent production capacity. Build Responsive Manufacturing Systems - Design a tiered production framework (Initial – Quick Response – Repeat) by standardizing raw/trim materials and pre-purchasing key components. - Establish a modular structure that enables rapid quick-response (QR) manufacturing. Build & Lead Local Teams - Recruit and manage local China teams, including production managers, designers, and QC personnel. - Serve as the local decision-maker, directly leading and guiding the team. Drive Productivity Innovation - Implement automation technologies in China (e.g., laser cutting, bonding/heat-sealing) to maximize production efficiency. - Continuously optimize production processes through technology-driven solutions. Job Qualifications - 10+ years of hands-on experience in China-based fashion production systems or within Chinese manufacturing organizations preferably in cut-and-sewn, knitwear, underwear sectors. - A proven track record of building production processes and operating systems from scratch in unstructured environments. - Experience establishing and operating local production legal entities in China. - Fluent in Korean and Chinese is highly appreciated.
