职位介绍: Translational Science, Senior Principal Investigator- Associate Director-上海/北京职位描述 Group leader responsible for carrying out preclinical translational research. Potential team leader of internal drug discovery projects and translational lead of pipeline projects. Develop translational and biomarker strategies for BeiGene’s pipeline projects. Drive mechanism of action exploration, biomarker identification and combination therapies evaluation Identify key scientific/translational questions during project progression, design relevant killer studies Drive key data package assembly and facility project decision making under supervision of research management committees Supervise the translational experiments of bench scientists and ensure research quality Initiate/coordinate comprehensive new drug target review, drive first-in-class potential or clear differentiation from competitors Coordinate cross-functional team’s work as a discovery team leader/translational lead Proactively track the scientific and industrial update of responsible fields Job Requirement: Ph.D. in biology with 7+ years of academic postdoc/pharmaceutical research experience Proven track of successful biological research by high quality publication or substantial contribution to relevant research projects In-depth understanding of immune-oncology or cancer biology Deep understanding of translational research Demonstrated ability to manage a matrix team Ability to organize multi-discipline results based on project needs and drive strategic project decisions Communication/leadership skills in a matrix team Plus to have: Prior experience working in an industrial setting Prior experience leading drug discovery/translational projects
