职位介绍: 工艺主管： Be responsible for making production process document and process quota; process planning and management; process data analysis and improved projects management. 编制生产工程文件，制定工艺定额；工艺策划与管理；工艺数据分析，改进项目管理。 1. To examine and verify or compile technical document that including technical flow chat, work instruction; 工艺文件的审核或编制，包括工艺流程图、作业指导书； 2. To apply frock and fixtures and participate the identification and improvement, according to technical requirement; 根据工艺要求提出工装、夹具申请并参与其鉴定和改进； 3. According to the requirement of production and work instruction, organize employee to conduct process training and examination; 根据生产和作业指导书要求，组织员工工艺培训和考核； 4. Analyzing and solving site technical problems’,feedback,record in time; 分析和解决生产现场出现的技术问题，及时反馈和记录； 5. Process planning and improvement; 工艺策划及工艺改进; 6. Participating in product auditing, which is the feasible auditing of product process and productbilitycontrol; 参与产品评审，对产品工艺、生产性控制的可行性评审； 7. Participating in the disposal of parts and rejects and put forward improvement measures; 参与零部件与不合格品的处理工作，并提出其改进措施； 8. Establishment related file of APQP; APQP相关文件的编制; 9. To understand 16949/14001/45001 management system, have the awareness of quality,safety, saving and environmental protection. To comply with safety management requirements when you enter the factory(workshop or warehouse); 熟悉16949/14001/45001管理体系，具备质量、安全、节约、环境保护意识。进入工厂（车间，仓库）遵守安全管理要求； 10. Ensure compliance with HSE legislation; apply policies and processes; ensure qualification, instruction and supervision of the team in the application of HSE processes, regulations and emergency procedures based on current risk assessments. Leadership by ? motivate (be example), qualify and train regularly related employees ? apply improvement programs and monitor safe application 确保符合HSE法规；应用政策和流程；确保在当前风险评估的基础上，对团队应用HSE流程、法规和应急程序，进行资格认证、指导和监督。领导力： ?激励(举例)，定期培训相关员工 ?实施改进计划并监督安全使用 11. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader. 负责完成领导交办的其他工作。 Job Requirements (Qualifications, Skills, Experience, Competencies)： 1. Equivalent to the undergraduate or above, Majored in mechanical design and manufacturing; 本科及以上学历，机械设计与制造相关专业; 2. Three years or above working experience in engineering management; and with knowledge of 16949/14001/45001 management system is preferred; 三年以上技术管理工作经验; 具备16949/14001/45001管理体系知识的优先考虑； 3. English speaking and writing is required; 具备英语交流能力; 4. Familiar or trained quality management tools （APQP,PPAP,FMEA,SPC,MSA）is preferred; 熟悉质量管理工具（APQP、PPAP、FMEA、SPC、MSA）或受过相关培训者优先； 5. Have the ability of innovation, good leadership, analysis and communication; 具备技术创新能力、领导能力、分析能力、沟通能力; 6. To stress the professional ethics and keep the confidentiality. 讲究职业道德，做好信息保密工作。
