职位介绍: 负责电机产品设计；负责样机、小批、中批、转产等阶段的工作，并对过程中的问题进行汇总、更改；不断提升产品质量，提高产品可制造性和可靠性、降低成本; 负责公司的技术积累 Responsibilities: 主要职责:  Assist in the preliminary market research of products and complete the formulation of technical solutions. 协助进行产品前期市场调研，完成技术方案的制订  Organize or participate in various reviews of design and development. 组织或者参与设计开发的各项评审  Responsible for product design quality control, process control, cost control, etc., and timely formulate improvement measures. 负责产品设计质量控制、工艺控制、成本控制等，并且及时制定改善措施  Responsible for the design and production of product prototypes and formulating test plans and improving products according to test results. 负责产品样机的设计与生产并制订试验方案，根据试验结果对产品进行改进  Responsible for the small batch production of products and provide technical guidance for the conversion of new products. 负责产品的小批量生产，对新产品转产提供技术指导  Responsible for the preparation of inspection standards for products and parts 负责编制产品及零部件的检验标准  Assist in procurement for material certification. 协助采购进行物料认证等工作  Assist production, process and other departments to complete the process is formulated. 协助生产、工艺等部门完成工艺制订  Provide after-sales technical support to the market. 对市场售后提供技术支持  Accumulation and analysis of the company's product data and technology 公司产品数据和技术的积累与分析  Preparation of DFMEA documents based on projects. 依据项目编制DFMEA文件  Temporary tasks assigned by superiors. 上级交办的临时任务  Product technical parameters, product BOM, drawings release, management and maintenance 产品技术参数、产品BOM、图纸的发布、管理和维护  Formulation of raw material and product quality inspection standards, material introduction, supplier development process review 原材料及产品质检标准的制定，物料导入、供应商开发过程的审核  Sample production, trial production and supporting release. 样品的制作、试生产及其配套的发布  Review of process PFMEA, work instructions, inspection work instructions 工艺PFMEA、作业指导书、检验作业指导书的审核  Heat treatment process review of R&D drawings. 研发图纸的热处理工艺审核  Prevention of product quality problems and improvement of product quality 产品质量问题的预防和产品质量的改善  Assist in the transition period after the new equipment is put into production and solve the problem of equipment operation. 协助新设备投产后的过渡期，设备运行问题的解决  In the process of equipment production and use, put forward suggestions for improvement and continuously optimize the equipment. 在设备制作和使用过程中，提出改进建议，不断优化设备  Attend information security protection training and comply with company information security protection policies. 参加信息安全保护培训，遵守公司信息安全保护相关政策。 Job requirements: 任职要求：  Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanics, mechanics, electrical machinery, and other related majors 本科及以上学历，机械、电气等相关专业  Must have 5+ years of product design experience in new energy motor products. 必须拥有5年及以上汽车行业电机产品设计经验  Proficient in CAD, UG,Ansys and other design and simulation software 熟练掌握CAD、UG（NX）,Ansys等设计和仿真软件  Understand the knowledge of material heat treatment, casting process, machining technology, assembly process and other aspects, data analysis；. 了解材料热处理、铸造工艺、机加工工艺、装配工艺、数据统计分析等方面知识  Be familiar with ISO9001 / IATF 16949 and DFMEA documents. 了解ISO9001 / IATF 16949等体系要求以及编写DFMEA文件。  Have good professional ethics and ethics, and highly safeguard corporate image and interests. 具有良好的职业道德和操守，高度维护企业形象和利益  Fluently in English. 英语流利  Strong execution ability, good expression, and communication skills 具有很强的执行能力，良好的表达及与人沟通能力  Must have the awareness of information security protection. 必须拥有信息安全意识
