OverseethecreationofChineseandEnglishpresentationmaterials,Q&A documents,pressreleases,andin-depthbusinessnarratives  MarketAnalysis&Insight:Continuouslymonitorandanalyzecapital marketsdynamics,industrytrends,peerperformance,andshareholder composition.Provideactionableinsightsandcommunication recommendationstoseniormanagementtosupportdecision-making  InternalCollaboration&InformationManagement:Serveasakeyliaison betweenthecompanyandthecapitalmarkets.Ensureaccurateflowof externalinformationtorelevantinternaldepartments(e.g.,Strategy, Finance,BusinessUnits)andcoordinateinternalresourcestorespond efficientlytoinvestorinquiries  Process&TeamDevelopment:Participateinorleadthedailyoperations andprocessoptimizationoftheIRfunction.Ensuretheaccuracy, timeliness,andcomplianceofinformationdisclosure.Mayinvolve mentoringjuniorteammembers Qualifications Aminimumof8+yearsofexperienceatatop-tierstrategicconsultingfirm orinvestmentbank.PriorexperienceinacorporateInvestorRelationsor Strategyroleataleadingcompanyishighlypreferred  Scientificorrelatedacademiccredentialsareadvantageous.Forcandidates withsignificantexperienceinthehealthcaresector,thisacademic preferenceisflexible  ExceptionalCommunication:Outstandingwrittenandverbal communicationskillsinbothEnglishandChinese.Abilitytoarticulate complexinformationclearly,professionally,andconfidentlytoaglobal investmentcommunity  StrongAnalytical Abilities: Excellent financial analysis, business modeling, and data interpretation skills. Capable of deeply understanding the business and translating its performance for the capital markets  ExpertPresentation Skills: Mastery in crafting compelling, logically structured, and visually professional PowerPoint presentations  SuperbOrganizational Skills: Meticulous attention to detail, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong problem-solving abilities  AgenuinepassionforInvestor Relations, with a deep curiosity and desire to learn about capital markets  Proactive, responsible, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment  Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is required
