职位介绍: Key Responsibilities 1.Out-licensing & Partnership Sourcing: Proactively identify and evaluate global licensing-out and co-development opportunities for our oligonucleotide assets. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential partners, including mid-to-large-cap pharma companies and specialized biotechs. 2.Scientific & Commercial Evaluation: Lead scientific and commercial due diligence processes. Conduct in-depth market assessments, competitive landscape analyses, and unmet medical needs evaluations to build comprehensive business cases for out-licensing strategies. 3.Deal Execution & Negotiation Support: Build and maintain robust financial models (e.g., rNPV). Assist in structuring term sheets and actively participate in commercial negotiations with external partners to close transactions. 4.Executive Communication: Create high-quality, visually compelling PowerPoint presentations to articulate project value propositions, strategic rationale, and deal terms to the C-suite, Board of Directors, and external stakeholders. 5.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, Clinical, IR and IP teams to ensure holistic project evaluation and seamless integration of external assets. Qualifications & Requirements Education Master’s degree or above in Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, or a related life science field. Experience Requirements 3-5 years of experience in a reputable management consulting firm (e.g., MBB, Big 4, or specialized healthcare consulting). Prior experience in Biotech BD, corporate development, or strategic investments focusing on early-stage assets is highly preferred. Professional Skills Exceptional PowerPoint and storytelling skills, with a proven ability to synthesize complex scientific data into clear, persuasive visual narratives. Strong financial acumen, including proficiency in financial modeling and rNPV valuation. Deep understanding of therapeutic landscape and out-licensing deal structures. Fluent in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken), with excellent interpersonal skills to navigate cross-functional teams and external partners. base地：上海/苏州
