职位介绍: Key Tasks: Lead locally cell material and component topics to ensure project milestones Enhance transformation of partner's processes to fulfill VW/Customer (automotive) standards in terms of supplier qualification process coming from the Chem. prozessing (e.g. process standards, PEP) Manage material and component speficications, ensure alignment of specifications between each stakeholder Overview on cell and material characteristics available in the market (Lead or) support and report on failure analysis, task force related with materials and components Be battery cell interface among the corresponding departments/ developing stakeholders Visit battery material supplier and follow up on new products and next gen material use in battery cell development Status and problem reporting/escalation through all levels (engineering and management) Qualification and skills required for the position: MS degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Chemical/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering, Elecrtrochemistry or evidence of experience and exceptional ability, Ph.D is a plus. 3+ years’ experience in industry in field of battery cell knowledge in battery cell realated development and production processes experience in automotive industry Open and willingness to take high pressure Strong problem solving skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong negotiation skill to achieve WIN-WIN solutions with many stakeholders Coordination skills and assertion skills Able to communicate effective on different levels – from shop floor to top Self-motivated with the willingness to learn Abstraction skills Fluent in English, German and Chinese is a plus. 一、主要工作职责统筹本地电芯材料及零部件相关工作，保障项目节点顺利达成。推动合作方工艺优化升级，使其化学制程相关供应商准入流程，符合大众及车企客户标准（含工艺规范、产品工程流程等要求）。管理材料与零部件技术规范，确保各相关方执行标准统一。调研并掌握市面主流电芯及材料的性能特点。牵头或配合开展材料、零部件失效分析及专项攻坚工作，并同步输出相关报告。作为对接接口，联动各部门及研发合作方推进电芯相关工作。走访电池材料供应商，跟进新材料、下一代材料在电芯研发中的应用落地。面向技术、管理各层级同步工作进度，上报问题并推动升级处理。二、任职要求学历：电气工程、机械工程、化学工程、工业工程、制造工程、电化学等相关专业硕士及以上学历；能力出众者可放宽学历，博士优先。工作经验：3 年及以上电芯行业从业经验，拥有汽车行业相关经验。专业能力：熟悉电芯研发与生产全流程。职业素养：抗压能力强，可承担高强度工作，具备优秀的问题解决能力。综合能力：口头、书面沟通能力出色，擅长商务谈判，能协调多方达成共赢；统筹与决断能力突出，可对接一线至高层各级人员。个人特质：工作主动进取，乐于学习，具备良好的归纳总结与抽象分析能力。语言能力：英语流利，掌握德语、中文者优先。优先条件：具备大众集团相关工作经验的内部候选人优先录用。
