职位介绍: 1. Team Head, lead the team of product and manage the full product lifecycle for a specific automation product line (from concept to phase-out), ensuring strategic alignment with global market needs. 2. Define and execute a product roadmap based on market trends; translate customer needs into clear Market Requirement Specifications (MRS). 3. Lead global market launch and penetration strategies, including pricing, positioning, and sales training. 4. Conduct market analysis, including market mapping and competitive intelligence. 5. Act as the primary bridge between sales teams and R&D/Operations; handle technical escalations and close customer feedback loops. 6. Work closely with Project Managers to ensure on-time, on-quality product delivery. 【Decision Authority】 · Product specifications, pricing, product P&L, market introduction strategy 【Requirements】 Education · Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering · PMP or NPDP certification (preferred) Work Experience · 15+ years in an international industrial company (automation-related experience preferred), strong team management · Background in product marketing or project management Skills & Competencies · Fluent in English (both written and spoken) · Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) · Strong organizational and leadership skills Other Requirements · Willingness to travel frequently (＞25%), both domestically and internationally · Proactive attitude with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
