职位介绍: PUPOSE OF THE ROLE "The role of the Head of Sales Asia is to maximize revenue and EBIT growth by leading sales function, developing and implementing sales strategy (Go-to-Market, Sales Excellence) based on company's strategy and monitoring of sales activities against targets. Included sales territories are Greater China, South Korea, Japan, ASEAN and Oceania" KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  Execute on the overall global commercial and growth strategy for the organisation in conjunction with the President and Sales Heards in other regions  Meet sales, profitability and market share targets for the sales region Asia  Define and implement the go to market strategy for the Asia region  Defines and implements Sales Excellence initiatives for the Asia region. In collaboration with the Sales Heads for the other regions.  Support local sales teams in the ASIA region and GMs ensuring they achieve revenue, margin, and growth targets  Develop relationships with existing customers looking to grow revenue in key accounts.  Drive implementation and sales of new and focus products in the ASIA region with both existing and new customers. Maintain healthy project pipeline of new & focus products in all markets and register/ maintain in CRM.  Lead the Sales organization with the head and the heart. Drive the transformation into the new organization structure. Enable change.  Ensure the right organization and structure is in place for delivering objectives. Drive culture of continuous improvement.  Resource and capability management, people development and succession planning of team
