职位介绍: Job Summary： The SBU-SCM Leader is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the entire supply chain, including PSI, Order Fulfillment, Warehouse and Distribution Center Management, Logistics, and the Supply Chain Departments of overseas factories. Key duties involve developing supply chain strategies, managing and improving operational efficiency, ensuring global supply chain consistency, monitoring costs, implementing technology solutions, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve business goals. Primary Duties and Responsibilities:  Develops Regional Supply Chain Management Strategy  Manage and Optimize Operational Efficiency  Supervise Warehouse and Distribution Center Operations  Guide and Support Supply Chain Management for Overseas Factories.  Establish and Improve Performance Evaluation Systems  Build and Efficient Supply Chain Management Team  Cost Control and Optimization  Risk Management  Enhance Customer Satisfaction  Promote Technological Innovation and Application Position Interactions (specify the key stakeholders) Reporting to: Global SCM Head Supervising duties：Supervise and manage the SBU and overseas SCM teams to ensure consistent and efficient global supply chain operations. Contact: This position requires extensive interaction with all departments linked to SCM, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Qualification and Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Business Administration, or related fields. Experience：At least 8 years of experience in supply chain management, with more than 5 years in team management. Experience in multinational corporations or large enterprises is preferred. Technical Skills: Familiarity with Supply Chain Management systems (e.g., SAP, AX) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SPSS). Leadership skills: Strong project management abilities, able to efficiently drive the implementation of supply chain-related projects. Proficient in data analysis, able to make informed decisions based on data to effectively respond to market changes. Language: Fluent English proficiency (both verbal and written). Working location：Shanghai Others: 1) Stress Resistance: High stress tolerance, able to remain calm amidst uncertainties in the supply chain and make timely and effective adjustments. 2) Compliance Awareness: Familiarity with international trade rules and supply chain-related laws and regulations, ensuring all operations comply with local and international legal requirements. 3) Cultural Adaptability: Willingness to embrace a multicultural environment, with experience in overseas project management or international business development.
