职位介绍: Research Experience: Demonstrated research experience in a relevant scientific field, with a proven track record of conducting literature reviews, data analysis, and report writing. Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with relevant local regulatory standards regarding product safety, efficacy, and claim substantiation in the nutrition or dietary supplement industry. Technical Skills: Proficiency in using scientific databases for literature searches. Experience with product life - cycle management systems (such as Agile) is a plus. Presentation Skills: Confident, persuasive presenter with proven experience delivering keynote speeches in scientific forums Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey scientific information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Collaboration Ability: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners, cross - functional teams, and KOLs. Bilingual Communication: fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese. Experience: Minimum 6 years of working experience in health food, nutritional supplements or related industries; experience in commercialization and product transformation is preferred. Proven experience in cross-department collaboration and driving the delivery of complex projects. Solid experience in engaging and collaborating with external academic and scientific research resources. Proficient in Microsoft Office and mainstream computer applications. Experience in overseas market-oriented product development is preferred.
