职位介绍: Responsibities: 1. Oversee the monthly US GAAP financial close processes, Month-end accounting close responsibilities, review of flux analysis. 2. Oversee the continuous improvement of accounting and financial processes and the development of the team to achieve best practices and optimal output. 3. Prepare daily GL vouchers and Maintain books of account in a way that accurately represents the transactions and financial condition of the company. 4. Oversee the external audit, review and analyze results, and recommend for approval the audited financial statements. 5. Review entry and participate in month/year end closing and account reconciliations between GL and subledger. 6. Based on corporate schedule and requirement. Improve the closing efficiency and report quality. 7. Prepare monthly/yearly financial reporting package to meet Group and local requirement. 8. Providing and interpreting financial information. Support the annual budgeting process. 9. Statistics reports which local government request monthly. Other internal department requirement which financial data related. 10. Complying with accounting regulations and internal control rules, ensure key internal controls and policies are in place. 11. Work with tax team to ensure the tax compliance is in place and reduce the risk. Qualification: 1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting and finance, with at least 2 years in a manager role. 3. Good English skills both written & verbal 4. Familiar with ERP Systems and office applications. 5. Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and reporting standards. 6. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and communication and interpersonal skills.
