职位介绍: The position holder will be responsible for accurate and timely financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis processes to support executive decision-making and drive business performance. General Responsibilities MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES / ACTIVITIES OF THIS JOB 1、Annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range strategic planning processes 2、Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions, scenario planning, and growth initiatives 3、Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting packages with insightful variance analysis and key performance indicators 4、Analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide recommendations to improve profitability, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency 5、Support capital decisions and investment analysis 6、Serve as a strategic finance partner to department heads and senior leadership 7、Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and other teams 8、Provide financial guidance on business initiatives and opportunities 9、Present financial information and recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders Job Experience & Requirements Education University degree in Finance& Accounting or other related majors. Fluent in English. Overseas education in USA/UK colleges is a plus Experience Requirements Experiences in “big four” audit firms and multi-national company is preferred. ACCA, AICPA or CICPA is a plus 5 years of solid experience in preparing and presenting financial and management reporting deliverables. Sensitive to financial data and comfortable working on the figures and numbers. Mobility/Travel Travel upon work need Computer Skills Fluently with Computer skills, ERP, planning software, BI tools Language Fluent in English Critical Job Competencies Requirements Description of competency 1、Strong finance sense 2、Business orientated analytical skills 3、Excellent communication skills 4、Excellent analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work under pressure and in a team
