职位介绍: Associate We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Fund Administrator to join our collaborative and inclusive team. This full-time Fund Administrator remote role is based in Japan and comes with a favourable salary and benefits package. Flexible working hours will be available upon request. Job specification SPC Operation and Management. Operate and manage SPC in cooperation with various departments such as finance, accounting, tax, legal, banking, and AM companies. Assistance SPC incorporation, assets acquisition (closing), disposition and dissolution. Review financial statement and notes prepared by accounting team. Management of various notifications and proper filing within deadline. Prepare Distribution calculations and liaise with related party. Skills Required: Over 3 years’ experience in related industry including accounting&tax office, auditor, asset manager, SPC operation, fund administration etc in Japan. Experience and knowledge in SPC(TMK&TKGK) will be preferred. Japanese language (Native).
