职位介绍: Job Posting: Product Stewardship & Regulatory Affairs Engineer (China) About the Role We are seeking an experienced Product Stewardship & Regulatory Affairs Engineer to support regulatory compliance and product stewardship activities for the Chinese market while supporting some other regional compliance initiatives. The successful candidate will join our growing regulatory team, to work closely with R&D, EHS, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business, and Global Regulatory Affairs teams to make sure our expanding product portfolio in China continues to remain compliant. Key Responsibilities China Regulatory Compliance knowledge 1.Monitor and interpret Chinese chemical regulations and assess their impact on the business. 2.Ensure compliance with: 1.MEE Order No. 12 (New Chemical Substance Environmental Management Registration) 2.China IECSC Inventory requirements 3.China GHS classification and labeling requirements 4.Hazardous Chemicals Registration requirements 5.Dangerous Goods Transportation regulations 3.Support new product introductions and market access activities in China. 4.Coordinate regulatory submissions and notifications with local authorities and authorized agents. Product Stewardship 1.Lead product stewardship activities across the product lifecycle. 2.Conduct product risk assessments and hazard evaluations. 3.Provide regulatory and product safety support to customers and distributors enquiries. Hazard Communication & Regulatory Documentation 1.Author and review: 1.Chinese Safety Data Sheets (SDS), Product labels 2.Regulatory compliance certificates 3.Regulatory questionnaires Regulatory Intelligence 1.Track emerging regulatory developments in China and more widely Asia-Pacific. 2.Communicate regulatory changes to local management and business stakeholders. Customer & Business Support 1.Respond to customer inquiries regarding product compliance and chemical safety. 2.Support audits, inspections, and compliance reviews. 3.Collaborate with commercial teams on regulatory aspects of potential business opportunities. Required Qualifications Education 1.Bachelor’s or master’s Degree in: 1.Chemistry, Toxicology or Environmental Science 2.or Regulatory Affairs Related Scientific Discipline Experience 1.Minimum 5 years of experience in: 1.Similar Product Stewardship, Regulatory Affairs position within a specialty or industrial chemical company 2.Proven experience working with chemical regulations in China. 3.Experience supporting multinational business operations is highly desirable. Technical Skills 1.Strong knowledge of chemical regulations in China including: 1.MEE Order No. 12, IECSC Inventory, China GHS 2.SDS authoring and chemical labeling requirements 3.Dangerous Goods regulations 2.Proficiency with SDS authoring and regulatory compliance software. Language Skills 1.Fluent Mandarin Chinese 2.Professional English required (written and spoken)
