职位介绍: Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Business Leadership • Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with China business priorities and global strategic direction. • Drive sustainable business growth through portfolio strategy, market expansion, commercial excellence, and customer-centric initiatives. • Lead annual business planning, commercial strategy development, market prioritization, and growth initiatives. • Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, healthcare policies, and emerging opportunities to shape strategic direction. Portfolio & Product Marketing Leadership • Lead the Product Marketing team to define portfolio strategy, product roadmap, lifecycle management, pricing strategy, and commercialization plans. • Drive successful new product introductions, portfolio optimization, upgrade strategies, and product retirement planning. • Partner with Global Product Management to influence product roadmap based on China market needs and Voice of Customer (VOC). • Ensure strong value proposition, competitive positioning, and differentiated messaging across the portfolio. Clinical Marketing Leadership • Lead the Clinical Marketing team to strengthen clinical evidence generation, KOL engagement, and clinical education strategies. • Build strategic relationships with key opinion leaders, professional societies, and leading hospitals. • Drive clinical adoption programs, customer education, and scientific communication to support commercial success. • Ensure clinical insights are translated into effective marketing strategies and business opportunities. Commercial Marketing & Go-to-Market Excellence • Oversee go-to-market strategy and execution across all product lines. • Ensure successful product launches through integrated marketing campaigns, sales enablement, digital marketing, and customer engagement programs. • Partner closely with Sales leadership to achieve revenue, market share, and profitability objectives. • Drive commercial excellence by continuously improving marketing effectiveness and customer experience Organization & People Leadership • Build, develop, coach, and inspire a high-performing marketing organization. • Lead and manage Product Marketing, Clinical Marketing, and other marketing functions to ensure alignment and execution excellence. • Foster collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous capability development. • Develop succession plans and talent strategies to strengthen organizational capability. ________________________________________ Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred. • Extensive experience in Product Marketing, Commercial Marketing, or Business Management within the medical device or healthcare industry. • Proven leadership experience managing multiple marketing functions and leading high-performing teams. • Strong strategic thinking with demonstrated success in business growth, portfolio management, and commercial execution. • Deep understanding of China’s healthcare market, hospital purchasing process, and competitive landscape. • Excellent leadership, influencing, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across regional and global organizations. • Fluent in both English and Mandarin
