职位介绍: Key tasks: Developing and coordinating design concepts for battery cell and its components, including all necessary requirements. Deriving requirements for cell (sub)components and designing (sub)components in accordance with cell specifications. Verifying technical and manufacturing feasibility with consultants and suppliers, ensuring compliance. Aligning designs with stakeholders including customers, production, procurement, and quality. Creating 3D models, drawings, and related technical documentation. Developing and assessing mechanical simulations, properties, and tolerance chains. Compiling parts lists for prototype and series production cells. Preparing approvable CAD data and drawings for project milestones. Assuming component and releasing responsibility in accordance with development guidelines and milestones. Conducting literature and patent research; attend conferences and supervise student theses. Qualification and skills required for the position: MS degree in Mechanical Engineering or evidence of experience and exceptional ability, Ph.D is a plus. 3+ years of experience in industry in field of battery industry Knowledge in battery cell related development and production processes Open and willingness to take high pressure Strong problem solving skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong negotiation skill to achieve WIN-WIN solutions with many stakeholders Coordination skills and assertion skills Able to communicate effective on different levels – from shop floor to top Self-motivated with the willingness to learn Business fluent in English; Chinese is a plus。一、主要工作职责负责电芯及零部件的方案设计与统筹，明确各项设计技术要求。梳理电芯及子零部件的设计需求，严格按照技术规范完成零部件设计。联合技术顾问、供应商开展技术与生产可行性验证，确保设计合规。对接客户、生产、采购、质量等相关方，统一设计方案。绘制三维模型、工程图纸，并编制配套技术文件。开展机械仿真分析、性能校核及尺寸公差链分析与评估。编制试制及量产电芯的物料清单。按项目节点输出可用于审核的 CAD 数据与工程图纸。依据研发规范与项目节点，承担零部件设计主体工作，并负责图纸 / 零部件放行。开展文献与专利调研，参加行业技术会议，并指导学生论文工作。二、任职要求学历：机械工程相关专业硕士及以上学历；能力突出者可放宽学历，博士优先。工作经验：3 年及以上电池行业从业经验。专业能力：熟悉电芯研发与全生产工艺流程。职业素养：抗压能力强，具备优秀的问题解决能力。沟通谈判：口头、书面表达能力出色，擅长多方谈判，推动各方达成共赢。综合能力：协调与决断能力突出，可对接一线至管理层各层级人员。个人特质：工作积极主动，乐于学习新知识。语言能力：商务英语流利，掌握中文者优先。
