职位介绍: Key Responsibilities • Strategic Leadership & Business Planning: - Define the go-to-market strategy for product launches, promotional campaigns, and key platform festivals. - Conduct comprehensive market and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities and mitigate risks. • Merchandising & Assortment Strategy: - Lead the product selection and merchandising strategy, ensuring a compelling product mix that aligns with local consumer preferences and brand positioning for platforms - Master the "product-to-consumer matching" model, leveraging data analytics to identify potential bestsellers and orchestrate their launch across marketing and site operations. Champion best practices within the team and the division. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Act as the key liaison between the e-commerce team and Marketing, Supply Chain, Planning, and CRM departments to ensure a seamless and premium customer journey. - Partner with the marketing team to brief in and align on channel strategies (Media, CRM, Social) that support commercial objectives. • Performance Analysis & Optimization: - Monitor, analyze, and report on key business metrics (Sales, Sell-through, ASP, ROI) to senior management, providing actionable insights and recommendations. - Oversee the overall health and performance of the flagship store(s), including visual merchandising, content, and user experience. Requirements • 5-7 years of e-commerce experience, with a significant portion within high-end fashion, luxury, or premium activewear. • Expert-level knowledge of Tmall and/Douyin/or JD.com ecosystem, tools, and operational best practices. • A strong commercial track record of driving significant revenue growth, building bestselling products, and delivering on financial targets. • Data-obsessed, with high proficiency in analytics and experience using data to inform strategic decisions. • Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.
